Setting The Tone

Our experienced team of fabric manufacturers contacts you and starts digging deeper into your business needs with regards to your required designs, preferable patterns, detailed yarn selection, machinery work, and final look targets, After gathering all the needed data, we analyze it and a detailed action plan is created accordingly to provide you with the exact fabric production solutions you desire.

Confirm Quality Sample!

Since everyone will have a different naming of the product, the safest way is to mail the quality sample first.Many customers will send photos and videos to inquire, and we will quote an approximate price. The most accurate price is to quote after receiving the samples.

It’s Color Time

About dyeing fabric, we will make lab dips for you. It is free and send time will be about 3-5 days. If you are very anxious, our fastest VIP service is 1 day.

It’s Design Time!

About the printing process, we have thousands of designs waiting for you to choose. Our patterns have different styles: our album is very rich, with animal patterns, cartoon patterns, geometric patterns, abstract patterns, as well as patterns for children, men's wear, and women's wear. If you want to do your designs it is also available. We will supply cad firstly it including how many colors in this design, size of designs, and the latitude and longitude direction of the pattern. Don’t worry and our team of designers is ready to support you at this stage! So you can choose between using our designs, requesting ys to develop your private patterns.

Is That a Yes?

We understood all that you need we presented options accordingly. Now , it’s confirmation time! Along with pointing out your final color and design requests, you start confirming the order quantity and packing, etc.

A Sample Is On The Way

Now that we have agreed on every tiny detail, it’s time for some samples. This phase is the least time-consuming within a week to ten days customized samples are ready. If we are talking about ‘quality samples’, samples will be totally free, however, if you request a specially customized sample incorporating your design, production and delivery fees will be charged. Our customized samples are the typical version of what will be produced, accurately highlighting not only the quality of materials but also the design and color we agreed upon.

Yarn Selection

When producing your order, we use our standard fabric knitting yarn composed of 100% polyester. Let us tell you more about polyester yarn. The polyester yarn has high strength, good impact resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, moth resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and good light resistance. Different yarn will have different qualities.We have 150D/288F,120D/192F etc.

Weaving

Our width range is 145cm to 270cm. Our weight range is 140gsm to 550gsm.

Pretreatment

We have 10 lines of pretreatment machines. This process helps fabric be more smooth and shiny.

Dyeing Process

After selecting the most suitable fabrics yarn for your order, we begin the coloring and dying process. You can choose from the default color palette or you can ask our dying experts to carry out the Pantone color matching system, ending up with the exact customized color you need for your fabrics production order.

Printing Process

We can print maximum of 12 colors. Our printers are imported from Germany. Before the bulk, our printing experts will print one meter to check the color and design carefully.
